1. Delivery
We do not deliver or send any products to any addresses outside Hong Kong. Domestic express service is not available to P.O. Box address & restricted areas.

Free domestic delivery will be provided for each order value over HK$399.00 or more. Delivery service is available for HK$40.00 for purchases less than HK$399.00.
Our delivery service only includes one successful attempt. If re-delivery is requested, an additional delivery fee of HK$40.00 will be charged.
2. Undeliverable Locations
Delivery service is not provided to the remote areas such as Hong Kong's Chep Lak Kok Airport, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Hong Kong Disneyland, Sha Tau Kok Restricted Area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island, Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island, Stonecutters Island, Ngong Ping 360 and military addresses.

5. Software
All software embedded in the products are licensed (not sold) to you under the terms and conditions of the relevant licence agreement with respect to such software. Ownership and title to the software remains with the applicable licensor(s).
6. Product Ownership and Risk of Loss
Except for software product or those products combined with software, the ownership and risk of loss of products purchased from this Site are transferred to you at the time of delivery.
7. VTech's Responsibilities
Except otherwise stipulated in Terms of Purchase, we expressly disclaim liability to you or any third parties by virtue of the Terms of Purchase or otherwise, for any or all damages or costs or other matters of any kind including failure to provide products or services and support, any compensation or costs arising from damages including direct, indirect, special, incidental, economic, compensatory or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort, warranty or other legal or equitable grounds including but not limited to loss of profits, business, goodwill or data or damage to property, even if VTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring.
VTech's aggregate liability to you or third parties under the Terms of Purchase shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount you paid us for the products or services.
8. Applicable Laws: Not for Resale or Export
The Terms of Purchase and its related sales shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree and acknowledge that the product purchased is for your own use and does not intend for resale or export purposes.
9. Limited Warranty
The warranties for VTech's product purchased at or from this Site including any downloadable product software] are set out in the terms under "Product Warranty Terms" published in this Site. To qualify under such Product Warranty, you must complete the relevant [Warranty Registration] procedure as prescribed in this Site. Prior to making the purchase, you should read the [Warranty Registration] procedure and [Product Warranty Terms].
10. Terms of Use for Electronic Coupons
Electronic coupons can only be used by customers for the purchase of VTech telecommunications products designated by VTech. Each electronic coupon must be redeemed before its respective validity date printed thereon. Only one electronic coupon can be used by you per purchase. Electronic coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or other products or services or combined into a single discount coupon.
11. Security Encrypted Payment
For a secure online payment service, you will be directed and connected to a security-certified "PayPal" payment platform to make payments. All transaction details will be processed using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encryption. VTech does not process or store any transaction details (such as credit card / PPS account information).
