1. Delivery Arrangements and Fees
Free domestic delivery will be provided for each order value over HK$399.00 or more (except of the remote areas or non-major locations mentioned hereunder). Delivery service is available for HK$40.00 for purchases less than HKHK$399.00.
Upon completion of your purchase, the computer system will generate and send an email to you automatically providing you with detail information of the products you have purchased, delivery address, delivery fee, etc. The relevant products will be sent out based on its availability in our inventory status. If necessary, the courier will contact you to make arrangements for delivery. Please sign on the delivery slip indicating that the products received are in good order.
2. Delivery Time
We will make every effort to deliver the products you ordered within the estimated delivery time provided on this Site.
The estimated delivery time is within normal business hours (Monday through Friday and Saturday morning), excluding public holidays.
The estimated delivery service will begin [after 3:00 p.m.] of the following business day for orders received by VTech and credit cleared.
Although we will make every effort to deliver the products you ordered within the estimated delivery time provided on this Site, the estimated delivery time may change due to changes in availability of the products. As some products are popular, we may limit the quantity of such products purchased by you. Such limit will be posted on this Site; and there may be changes in such limit.
Please note that delivery service may be delayed in case of bad weather or closure of major roads!
3. Delivery of Products
We offer you the domestic delivery service coverage:
Major residential and business address located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
Undeliverable Locations:
Delivery service is not provided to the remote areas such as Hong Kong's Chep Lak Kok Airport, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Hong Kong Disneyland, Sha Tau Kok Restricted Area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island, Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island, Stonecutters Island, Ngong Ping 360 and military addresses. Any queries about the delivery location, please contact our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2666 5558 before purchase.
Additional [1-2] working days may be required for delivering the products to some locations.
We expressly disclaim liability for any and all damages, including direct, indirect or consequential damages, arising from failure to deliver by the delivery time.
4. Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept refund, exchange or return of products under the following conditions:
If the product you received does not operate normally, it is suggested that you first contact the Technical Support Hotline at (852) 2667 7433 to enquire about the operation/technical difficulty. If the technical difficulty still fails to be resolved, please return the telephone base station, additional handsets and all items in the original packaging, together with the purchase confirmation email or payment receipt to the Customer Service Centre.
We do not cover the fees for this delivery and the delivery of returned product.
